"Greetings, I'm Tracy, I’ve spent 18 years in the pet industry and the last 7 focusing on what I love most—dog grooming. I take pride in turning every grooming session into a calm, caring, and fun experience for your pup. Whether it’s a quick trim or a full makeover, I treat every dog like my own and make sure they leave looking (and feeling) their best. My goal is to make tails wag and pet parents smile!
When I’m not in the grooming salon, you’ll find me spending quality time with my family—including our lovable Goldendoodle, Mando. I also enjoy painting, crocheting, shopping local, going to the beach, and just about anything Disney. Creativity and care are at the heart of everything I do—both in and out of the salon!"

"Hi, I’m Kaylee O’Neal. I’ve been grooming since early 2023, beginning my career as an apprentice under Tracy here at Ash Way Pet Spa. With a background in sales and love for dogs, I found my passion in grooming after bringing home my (baby) mini goldendoodle, Harper. I take pride in delivering safe, personalized care and enjoy the creative, ever-changing nature of this work. Originally from Oregon, I’ve lived in Washington since 2016 and spend my free time with my husband, Trent and stepdaughter, Olivia. I’m also a dedicated college football fan (GO DUCKS!) and enjoy good Mexican food whenever I can."
Kailie Smith

"Hi, I’m Kailie! I started my grooming journey in 2021 as a bather, but I quickly picked up the clippers and was grooming on my own within my first year and have never looked back since! I love being able to express my creativity through grooming and making every dog feel their absolute best (and cutest). Outside of the salon, I’m all about creative hobbies, camping trips, and enjoying the outdoors. When we get that classic rainy Washington weather, I love staying in, playing video games, and relaxing with my pups. I’m a proud dog mom to three crazy pups: a boxer mix, a pug-lab mix, and a Frenchie. I treat every dog I groom like one of my own—with patience, care, and lots of love."
Destiny Teran
Groomer
Destiny has been making dogs look and feel their best since 2020. Known for her gentle touch and attention to detail, she’s certified in pet first aid and CPR (2024) and loves working with all breeds and haircut styles. Whether it’s a show-ready trim or a scruffy makeover, she’s all about happy dogs and wagging tails. At home, Destiny is ruled by her two pups—an English Bulldog mix and a feisty Chihuahua—who keep her on her toes and remind her why she loves what she does.
Eddie Miller
Owner
Eddie was born and raised in Philadelphia and began working in the pet industry on the East Coast way back in '97. After moving to the Pacific Northwest, he opened his very own pet supply store from the ground up in 2007 on Ash Way in Lynnwood. That's why we're called Ash Way, and we never forget our roots! After expanding into a larger space in Lynnwood, the business began offering dog washing and grooming services along with supplies. As mega e-tailers' online sales and subscription services exploded in popularity, the business pivoted to solely offer pet services. Ash Way Pet Supply officially became Ash Way Pet Spa! Eddie now oversees operations at the new spa and focuses on growing the business. When he's not working, he enjoys golf, chess, poker, roulette, and all things Philadelphia sports!!
